How to have a healthy body
These ways are ways to make and have a healthy body
1. Good Eating Habits
It is important to our body to receive nutrients came from our food so we can performed well in our daily activities. We should not skipped meals because it will give us energy as all the foods in the meal time are foods that are rich in carbohydrates and proteins
2. Sleep Well
It is important for our body to take a rest. We should sleep at least 7-9 hours of sleep.
3. Regular Exercise
We need to develop muscular strength,cardio vascular strength and etc.
We need to do cardiovascular exercise to improve our cardiovascular and help to shaped a good heart
4. Do other things
We need to do other things so that our body will remain active
5. Limit your vices
Our bad vices like smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages contributes to the percent of having a disease
6. Be happy
Always be happy ans think positive
7. Practice our mind
Playing mind games will our brain became active. Mind games too improves our metabolism.
8. Remember whatever we do it needs an moderation
Always dont do things fast like eating fast .
